15 Sept 2011//7:05am From the East River Ferry 1/320 f/9.0 ISO100 150mm
Got up early and took the East River Ferry from 34th Street to Wall Street. It is a nice ride and offers a good views of the city as well as the Manhattan, Williamsburg and Brooklyn bridges. This is looking at Greenpoint. It is always a good day to be on the river.

On 9/11 a memorial wall sprung up at St Vincent’s Hospital. Over time it disappeared. This afternoon when I passed by I saw that some one had left fliers and candles and flowers….just like it was 10 years ago….never forget…..
