Konstantin Bokov flagged me down as I was walking by…had a nice chat with him…he came from the Ukraine and made a living by painting murals…
He took me to this little deli and posed in front of this mural he had painted….he was very insistent on me taking his picture…a few weeks ago I walked past the deli…all boarded up and looks like it’s ready for demolition…I guess that is why he wanted a record of it….soon it will be another condo….
